However, I noticed the room cleanliness was lacking. The floor needed mopping, and there were stains that raised some concerns. The bathroom could use a thorough cleaning as well. some of the towels had odd marks. I hoped for a more sanitary environment overall. At times, service felt a bit unresponsive. I asked about extra toiletries, but it took longer than expected to receive them. There’s also no breakfast provided despite it being advertised online. The location was good, making it easy to access nearby attractions, but the inconsistencies with maintenance and cleanliness are things the hotel needs to address.
